Keeltys

"Keeltys" is a five piece indie rock band from Christchurch, New Zealand.
Keeltys was originally started as a solo project by Samuel Keelty, in 2018, while studying at Ara Music Arts. After a couple more years of studying and jamming, Keeltys has expanded to include four other players, and are ready to hit the scene.

We just played our first gig @Space Academy a couple Fridays ago with Shaun Malloch and Basement - it went really well and we have another lined up at the Darkroom on the 30th with fellow indie rockers Kimono" (UCSA TEA PARTY 2020, recently played with The Butlers and There's A Tuesday @Isaac Theatre Royal) and" Amber Carly Williams" (BAY DREAMS 2021).

We released our debut single Humans of Hanrahan (live) - which was recorded live at ARA music arts. The song is a testament to student culture, and how us young New Zealanders tend to try and have a rowdy time, at all costs.
